Topics include:

• Understanding your environment

• Conflict avoidance

• Close quater combatives (strikes, kicks and manipulations) to disengage from an attacker.

This course course will train both general and specific tactics to allow an individual to effectively defend or defeat an active physical attack. Physical skills taught will be demonstrated by students to increase retention and establish a foundation for self confidence and future training.
